It will become your best tool. Lots of things can be loaded with a winch - the list is endless: small buildings, someone in your neighborhood will build a new deck/porch and you will get the job of moving the old one to a new home down the street, a friend will win the moose lottery in Maine and will borrow/rent your trailer to assist in the hunt - a winch on a trailer is worth its weight in gold in that situation.
