As for the subject, don't really know why. Never really thought about it. I'll stick with my Honda Accord and F150. If I want to suck gas like a banshee, I'll start up the Motorhome and drive it.

What really funny about it is the H1 got better fuel economy with it's diesel (6.2, 6.5 or 6.6) than either the H2 or H3 with their gas motors.

500 vehicles a year is plenty of production to justify a 100k vehicle. How many Corvettes does Calloway do or Salene with thier Rustangs? BTW the H1 was made by AM General, the modern decendant of Nash-AMC. Chevrolet only had some marketing rights to the "Hummer" name and the wanna-be H2 and H3 which are only uglied up Tahoes and Trailblazers.
