Loader Wicked grapple

/ Wicked grapple #2
I have a L6060 with the 60 inch wicked grapple. Think it is rated up to 65. Weighs about 400 pounds. First grapple on a tractor but it has worked very well. Have about 24 hours on using it. Limbs of small to say 8 inches in diameter. Some logs up to about 10 inches. Back dragged for final clear up. Did not get every thing but worked much better than a landscaping rake. Totally recommend it.

/ Wicked grapple #3
Can't speak to the Wicked grapples, I have Land Pride, but I can give some food for thought. My grapple is about 400lbs, and the next one up is over double that.

So far my 400lb grapple is doing great, it's everything I hoped it would be. I toyed with getting the heavier one (I have an LA1065 loader so ~2300 lbs lift). But I don't think I needed the extra steel and that I might even miss the 400+ lbs lifting capacity on the heavier grapple. I've definitely wrestled with some things I can't lift, though I was being entirely unreasonable when I tried to make the tractor lift it :)

Good luck!
