Did the thought ever occur to you that he already has his plywood that he bought somewhere else, or at least according to one of his other threads he does. If he went to get his money back I figured he might have mentioned that fact. But since you seem to be the fact police lets ask him if that is what she was doing.

She got ticket last month and wasn't to proud to tell me, the plywood happened after the ticket, like 3rrl says, I don't think they like me
I happily bought 36 sheets of 3/4 tongue and groove ply at Lowes!!

I have seen a car straddling the lines on purpose apparently for that reason. It had the side panels kicked in and it was keyed front to back. Personally, I find both behaviors inconsiderate.

Has she gone to court with the ticket. It might be a good question to ask the judge especially if you take the picture along. Looks like private property to me and that seems inappropriate for a sherrif to enforce unless the sheriff was called in because of complaints from the property owner(HD). Of course laws differ with location.

Ron, the way I hear it, an elderly customer could not find a place to park and called the cops and there was 3 tickets wrote, my wife's and 2 others? This happened in November, not December. Being an employee there they have to park away so customer will not have to park so far away from store, we have all seen the cars ride thru the parking lot till they can get 1 spot closer to the door. I think the whole thing is stupid and a waste of our tax dollars, we have lots of crime in jacksonville, Florida and they choose to write parking tickets on private property?
No court on this one, it will cost more for court than ticket, they have us by the -----

That is what I thought about, but then with that old Dodge D-50 you would probably not notice the dents

Duh....... did you read this thread from the beginning? Mr. Jimmi answered your question in post #11. Possibly you should check the facts that are before your eyes in the thread. Besides, he also stated in post #1, that his wife had received the ticket. As Sgt. Friday would say. Just the facts, just the facts...

Unfortunately, she works there? I can imagine just what your thinking but she has 8 years there and not getting any younger
