Canada Goose makes for damm good eatin'. Just stab the skin repeatedly with a fork so the excess grease will drip out during cooking.

Self basting on the rotiserie, ahghhhhh......now I'm getting hungry, I'm goin to the kitchen and see if she's got dinner cookin.

We have an early "resident" goose season in Maryland to control them. There is a goose season in Pa. Not sure of the dates. Just be careful, running them off is one thing. Killing or injuring them is another. They are a Federally protected bird. Also very tasty!!!

Yeah, just wanted to get rid of them. I don't even think you would be allowed to kill them where we live...:confused2:
