That would make me paranoid about every inch of weld on the thing, so i get just returning/refunding it.

No, I sold the stump bucket. Still have the Branson, I have worked it hard for 340 hours, no other issues. Knock on wood!!

Don't have a stump bucket, but I think I would prefer a centered implement to torquing the side of a normal bucket.
With common sense usage I wouldn't be overly concerned.

No, a stump bucket will not damage your loader.

How you use the stump bucket will damage your tractor and loader.

I wouldn't use it. I bent the loader on my Ford 5610 trying to push into a pile of dirt, tractor loaders are pretty light duty. Now my Bobcat T870 is great for one, it has the massively overbuilt booms and heavy cylinders to dig and pry unlike a loader.
