I looked into this and the Dealer said they could do it but would run about 1K. I bought a 1025R JD which has a Really comfy seat

I have sat in it and it is more comfortable and supportive than the seat in my BX 25 (pre D). that new seat is also standard in the B2650 that I'm trying to rationalize (yes that word picked specifically) trading my BX 25 for. Emotions and logic are tussling

Traded my BX25 to a B2620 FEL BH. Not sure I did the right thing but maybe a better seat would have made the difference.

Since I am on the fence about trading my BX 25 for a B2650 I would like to know why you made the switch? I posted on the BX 25 mod thread a question about the true lifting capacity of the BX 25 three point hitch as I want to get a turf plugger that weighs 650 lbs and the listed spec for the BX 25 three point hitch is 670lbs . I'm afraid I would be too close to the max and possibly do damage to the hydraulics of the BX. The B2650 three point is rated at 1650 lbs. A negative of the B2650 is that with its cab it negates me using the high pressure wand on my sprayer. Everything is a trade off. I'm sorry for diverting the threat but am very interested as to why you traded up John

Divert away Jack...interesting question on the 3 pt. lift capacity. I would guess Kubota (and other manuf.) leave some "wiggle room" on their published max #'s, but as I know nothing about tractors, my opinion is probably worth less than what you paid for it. :laughing:
