Will this set of John Deere pallet forks with whatever type of QA it has work with my Bobcat CT335 QA plate and lock on?

Seller says it will work with skid steer and I believe the CT335 uses the same plate as the skid steer.

JD tractors use some funky proprietary JD hookup.

unless it was for a john deere skid steer in which case it should have a standard skidsteer attachment.

Not all of them, some use the standard SSQA.

yes, this is true. The 4x20 series offers SSQA on their FEL, i think it is an option for the 300cx. it will fit your bobcat if it has SSQA.

And the "funky" Deere system is lighter in weight than the optional SSQA. :)

I'll opt for less weight in the steel hanging on the FEL so I can increase the load capacity, anyday.

What are we talking, 50 to 75 pounds difference? I would rather have something that all types of attachments would work with than some one off thing.

That what made the 3 point hitch so popular. Before that each manufacture had its own special way of hooking up implements and if you wanted to change brands you were screwed in most cases.

So I gather I need to get another picture showing the attachment points, yes?

I think a picture of the back a little larger would help. But if you own a welder and a 4 1/2 grinder I would say you could make them fit.

yes another picture, but it should work with the regular type hock up but not if it has the JD specific.

+1 and im not forced into JD only way overpriced attachments. I can pick up any used or new SSQA attachment.

as for which Deere uses what hookups h3ll if i know... im not a JD guy.... my gut tells me only the newer versions have SSQA because JD finally realized that people hate proprietary attachments.

From a practical marketing standpoint, the value and "re-saleability" of proprietary attachments is largely related to the population of tractors in the hands of owners that the stuff will fit. A proprietary QA set of forks for a Jinma or other small-population brand tractor would logically be far less popular than an attachment that fits the JDQA, simply because there are a zillion JD's out there with JDQA loaders. Plus the lighter weight and lower bulkiness of the JDQA makes sense for the huge population of JD CUTs, who don't have a lot of excess FEL lifting capacity available. If I was a third-party attachment maker I'd have a JDQA version of a lot of my most popular light and medium duty attachments ready to sell, and I'll bet I'd sell a bunch of them--at prices a LOT lower than JD's attachment prices. I'm surprised more of them haven't caught on yet, but I expect they will soon. In the meantime, my man Chris at Swiss Army Tractor has the third-party JDQA pallet fork market pretty much all to himself. Go for it, Chris!!
