Winch on Kubota RTV ?

I prefer a permanently mounted winch for a couple reasons...1) Theft prevention....I don't want a hitch mounted winch sitting in the bed of my UTV...too easy to reach over the side and pull it out......2) If you leave it in the hitch you lose a large amount of clearance which can be the difference between getting out and not.

As for electrical don't hook it up using clips it's a heavy draw you need solid connections, any decent winch is going to have a contactor block as well so you need to have decent secure wire routing. You can use quick connects like these though and they work well

Those are Anderson SB connectors. The perennial standard in golf cart battery disconnects. You can get terminals for a wide range of wire gauges that all fit in the same SB housings. Good for up to 450 amps (!) I like their "PowerPole" line also for slightly lower amperage connections.
