I've heard of the younger generation, older generation, the Boomer generation, the Millenium generation. This is the first time that I've ever heard of the Wind generation. It must be filled with politicians?
I posted earlier I had worked on a wind farm as a surveyor a couple of years ago. I saw cables go in the ground. There was a transformer as the base of each turbine. I did construction layout for the power lines to hook it into the grid. I saw the substation that ties it into the grid. Am 100% certain, without a shadow of a doubt, would I bet my life on it that they are making electricity. No I guess not. This reply seems to be the only one close to ever seeing a power cable being buried from a wind generator to anywhere but it was only connections for underground services . And no one in the farming / ranching industry has never seen any yellow 811 call flags across a farm field or pasture .
Are you still pushing this conspiracy theory Oscar Mayer about wind turbines aren't connected to anything? This reply seems to be the only one close to ever seeing a power cable being buried from a wind generator to anywhere but it was only connections for underground services . Whats the alternative. They put thousands of these things up for just show? There are thousands of people that have worked on them and then run them and no one told the media they are fake? I think I’ll go with the off chance they might actually be making electricity.
It's dilusional to think the windmills aren't connected to the grid. I'm like you I have worked at them and know. I have a conspiracy theory friend with ideas like that that I don't pay any attention to either.I posted earlier I had worked on a wind farm as a surveyor a couple of years ago. We all know people like that. You just nod your head and pretend to agree, or at least act like you're listening.I have a conspiracy theory friend with ideas like that that I don't pay any attention to either.
