I am the last one who should talk, but you (and the others on the podium) should hit the gym. You need to work on that spare tire and building up those spindly arms and legs. Also, a medical specialist (an orthopedist ?) might be able to correct your out-toeing problem.

Thank you, Steve, for your kind words... and for your concern regarding my displayed caricature. Of course, Muhammad did not have a recent picture of me to go by (mind you, other than his recent wedding pictures, we don't have a recent picture of him either. But I digress...).

Last August I was put onto a new medicine called "Bydureon", along with Metformin, to control my Type II diabetes. I weighed 101kg.

The short story is that, although it took until December to 'kick-in', I've dropped 16kg! (over 35 pounds) I'm a shadow of my former self and have had to invest in some new belts to hold up my trousers.
