Ice is 1/4" here already!! This aint gonna be good
we are on the line of Ice and Snow. Don't mind the snow but with ice comes power failure. Thinkin about headin to town to find a generator. Need one anywayheat with wood so that shouldn't be a problem. Only concern I have is this new to us house we are in. Don't know if well pump is 110 or 220:ashamed:... Plenty of diesel and gas on hand

If your well is an artesian, your pump will be 220. If it's a dug well/point with an above ground pump it might be either. Pull the cover off your pressure switch and there'll be a wiring schematic on the inside. You can tell by the way it's wired whether 220 or 110
Look in your panel.
The breaker(s) should be labeled. Mine is 220.
Here is Foster R.I., the elementary school down the street suffered structural damage from the weight of the snow on the roof overhanging the library. So the brilliant building inspector for the town decided it would be a good idea to spray water on the roof to dissolve the snow......... I think you guys can figure out the rest of the story :confused2: Now we have this ice, snow, rain storm coming, should be fun.
