I have a L4200 4wd cab,It has wiring at the top rear of the cab for work lights,is the wiring already run and all is needed is a switch? It has a front work light switch,Just wondering if the wires are tucked in the cab roof..Thanks

I have the WSM for your model and it show the front work light as standard and the rear as optional but the wirring is already there, Just a matter of plugging the switch for the rear

When I did mine on a L5030, the wiring for the lights was wrapped in electrical tape and taped to the rear worklight brackets, but well hidden so that if you did not know they were there it would not seem apparent.

I also had to remove the roof to access the existing harness plugs to plug into the switches.

I installed the factory rear work lights for my B3030 and I'm no big time wrench. I had to remove all the ceiling retainer buttons, by pushing in the center to free them. Then I had to remove the face around the fan/heat/ac control and a couple of vents. Once I had the ceiling free, I passed it out the rear window. Go slow, and you should have no problem. Ductape did a similar project on his B3030 and give some good infor and pictures. It helped me. You might want to do a search for it. Here's a few of the pics I took of the process.
Good luck.

Here's a pic of the rear light switch before the headliner went back up. Forgot to include it earlier.

If the 4200 is like a 5030, there are a series of philips head bolts screwing up into the external orange roof from inside the cab. They go all around the perimeter of the headliner. Sit in the seat and look up all around the perimeter. Uncrew those and the roof top just lifts off.

Pay attention to the where each bolt returns; iirc, there was two sizes used.
