Turning Key to stop should kill engine when solenoid drops out or kill fuel at shut off.
Interlocks only needed at start. This bypasses all of them. Just bring power to starter solinoid connection. Usually a spade or ring connection. Only needed light gauge hot-wire. Ten or twelve. Put a fuse in series if concerned.
