Scott, you can make up covers for the PTO shafts by using appropriate lengths of 1" heater hose. When I made mine, I glued a spray can (window cleaner) cap on one end. Slips on, stays put, works great.

Yeah, but shouldn't the manufacturer provide a over for the rear and mid mount when you buy it new? I got one for the rear mount but not the mid mount.

Mine was delivered last week with .9 hours and now I need to go see if It has PTO covers.
