Woods BB60 Blades and bolts

I have an old Woods BB60 and I need to replace the blades. I think it makes sense to replace the bolts, washer and nuts also. Looking online, I see bolt assemblies for around $30 each. Are there any alternatives to the Woods OEM bolts?

The blade bolt for the BB60 is 57093 or 15331.
Messicks has parts diagrams on their website.
