Yes Sir - belly mowers fits (I personally have a 60" deck but believe you can get a smaller one if you wanted)
There is a little different between models but you maybe able to use the old one on the new BX - maybe worth checking on.

I am a RV owner and have been for 20 years, also a BX 2200, B 3200 and a Kioti 45 hst owner. I have Woods loader and Backhoe on my Kioti and have abused them from new in 2006 never have been a problem plus out specked OEM stuff. I looked very hard at putting backhoe on BX at one time. Many happy owners with a BX/Woods backhoe combination. I would only consider a sub frame mounted backhoe not a 3 point. Your tractor is of a age where great deals are available with sub frames on E bay and other sites. I believe a sub frame will work with belly mower, call woods and ask them. I think it will.
From a RV owners perspective. I would keep what you have. Backhoes are controlled by hydraulic pump output. Not much difference between what you have and BX 25. Reason I went with B 3200 and not sure it was a smart move from BX 2200.

I've a B7610 w/ a Woods BH70X backhoe, subframe mounted.
LOVE IT. It's like playing in the sandbox when I was 5.
Having written that I would strongly advise you rent a mini-ex like TheGoose wrote.
The real advantage of a backhoe on a tractor comes in when you have to drive through the woods with it.

Last thoughts. Possible advantage to your own unit on small tractor might be familiarity and weaker digging power, this would be lost on more powerfull rental with a lot of slop in worn pins. I have a friend who runs full size backhoe every day. He swears he can feel 3/4 inch water line before breaking it. I have tried but always see water spurting out of ground before any feelings from controls. In all fairness he can dig perfectly pitched 300 foot drain lines and 12 foot basement walls that can be checked with a level.
