I could use the plasma on the outer race with no problem except probably
setting the grease on fire, but cut off wheel would probably be better on the inner races it's a smallish
component ... 1.5" bore, 2.00" OD.

That's a spherical bearing alright (Heim joint). I just do not see why they would use one there.

Grind if you can get in there....less damage. If you have to use the plasma, at least you can get in
and out quickly.

Yes ... those are the ones. Seems like a good solution for both the thrust loads and the axial loads .... so it makes some sense. Even these smallish ones are rated at 58,000 lbs static load and there are two of them.

Problem is ... yeah, they are pressed on very tightly. But I don't foresee a great deal of trouble grooving and splitting them.

The bottom one is trashed because previous operators had smashed the bottom mounted zerk closed, so it never got greased enough.

Got the main housing off the frame. Ground and split the bearings. New pieces on order ... SKF GEZ 108 ES.
The whole process went quite quick when I gave up on using a puller. Bottom bearing was trashed and full of grit, top bearing was worn, but not horrible.
Had to put a jack under the king pin and push the lower bearing out of the housing. Just jacked it up some to put some force on it, used a length of 1.5" solid rod and big hammer to shock it into freeing up.
Somebody put the bearings in the "database" so people don't have to order the Woods part. SKE or equivalent, GEZ 108 ES, or GEZ 108 ES 2RS (double sealed)
Woods part number 62383 for a BH750-3 (SN 8000 and above) and numerous other models.

So far so good.
