Just picked this unit up yesterday. Has been setting roughly 28 years out side, LOL  but ran when parked.
First off it was not compatiable with my land pride quick hitch because of gussets. A bit of cold chisle work too care of that and can be rewelded on the inside of the hitch framing.
Got the PTO shaft pin freed up so i could slide the PTO shaft on the Bota. Once I had that I looked for grease fittings and greased liberally. Got a bar and put in the PTO shaft yoke and turned the shaft one revolution, every thing seemed fine.
Now the big test, start the Bota and slowly release the clutch and every thing is turning as it should. Now to test it on some grass, Timothy and some other mixed in about 8 inches tall. Set the mower down where it would cut about 4 inches of the stuff. Every thing is spinning so I stuck the tractor in Low 3 and let the clutch out and bang. BANG, what is BANG, the belt tenisior had let go with a bang so the belt went slack.
I had never seen a bolt or any thing when I was looking for grease fittings. A internet search got me here.

I never seen a part Numbered 23 or 24, 47 or 46. Now # 46 was a real shock listing at $103.56
Screw that I can buy a bolt for far less and if worst comes to pass a threaded rod will work.
So can any one show a picture a good clear one of part # 23?
This comapny only wants a mear $17.64 for that part.
I am sure I can make that part if I cans see a picture of it.
Thanks
Al
