I need info on setting injector pump timing on an Iseki Toga TL2300/ E3AE1 engine w/ diesel/kiki pump. engine rebuilt recently and is extremely difficult to start. Fuel is up but will not fire without ridiculously long cranking time. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
