Would anyone pay 28k for a NEW 8n?

The problem with them selling was the fact that it was over engineered. They put way to much into the CVT and it quickly became an electrical nightmare. It is way too qwerky and delicate. Not designed to actually be a "farm tractor", but more of a play pretty. It was originally thought to be a cost reduction to build, but ended up costing more than the HST by 35%. We strongly suggested a gear model to be offered, but the engineers turned their noses at us for actually having an opinion, (what did we know, we only built them anyway!) so hence the overpriced, undersold, fantastically complicated to operate "BOOMER 8N"....way to go CNH you yet again managed to engineer your way out of business. Now the plant has closed forever and Americans are out of work. THX!

Seriously? The plant closed? I thought this model came off the same line of a similar one.
