Dude, it will probably take more than 25 minutes to trailer it. You need to connect the truck to the trailer, make sure the lights, chain and brake are good to go. You will need to get the ramps out, the jack stands so the truck isn't lifted by the trailer. Then load the tractor, chain it down front and rear, etc. Then put the ramps away and the jack stands into the truck. Drive to the property, then unload it, put the chains away,etc.
If time savings is your priority - the trailer may actually cost you more...
Agreed when i load my tractor on my trailer to take it to my buddies place or mine its at least 15 mins prolly more like 20 by the time i load it up and tie it down and then hook it up to go.
