Obviously they need to add another sticker saying do not allow kids to operate heavy machinery. And then another sticker with a circle and slash around kids hanging form the bucket and being slung around.

It looks more like he was trying to dig into something that would not move and pulled himself off the edge. And yes, ROPS are built into the cabs and tested for survivability in accidents just like this guy had....push a brand new machine off a steep grade w/dozer and let it flop around. If he was belted in he should have survived but hard to tell how badly injured. You never know what they keep in the cabs with them and a lot of times that is what gets them not the roll over.
