Yahoo !!! Gas crisis Over

Yesterday (10/6/08) Walmart and Quick Trip were $3.299 for regular while some stations went has high as $3.429. But my wife went shopping this morning and came home to tell me Walmart, in Denton, was $3.149 while the Quick Trip was $3.199. The last time we saw gas that cheap was in March.

Gas is even dropping here in the SF Bay Area... as low as $3.50 for Regular

When is the diesel crisis going to be over? It is still 1.22 per litre here compared to around 1.05 for regular unleaded.

I just now looked at the Dallas Morning News online and they have a story about gasoline prices in Ft. Worth, TX, dropping below $3 a gallon.

Here in So Cal regular can be found as low as $3.29 some places and diesel staying around $3.85.

the arabs and venezuelans don't wanna kill their cash cow.........thought they'd be nice and give us a break!

Wow. I drove by the same station today and regular was down to $3.11. Diesel was still $3.74. I probably lost half of my retirement since July but I'm sure glad gas is headed down.

$3.09 is the lowest that I've seen it, with some stations at $3.16 to $3.19 and still others still at $3.29

Yep the cash cow is bleeding terribly and almost bought the farm, so they know they have to back off and let us heal and then stick it to us again.
Just hope ''we''' still learn from this and continue to find alternative sources and types of energy

I don't think "learning" is our strong suit. I noticed that people are pretty much back to driving 65 and up.
