I know I have to fix fault before I fit new pump that is why I am trying to find oil pressure release valve on hydraulic system have checked couplings on hoses they seem to all ok

Do you have a front end loader? Are the couplings on your hoses the quick connect kind? I have sent you a pm.

yes has front loader couplings seem ok checked for any blockage in hoes end all seem ok is there a pressure release valve in valve block on transmission were high pressure pipe comes from pump to top of transmission housing there has to be one some where in transmission or a filter screen

I think the relief valve is in the transmission, but sometimes a loader is plumbed in series before the transmission - so the pump isn't facing a relief valve before it gets to the loader controls.

The relief valve is shown on Figure 53 in your parts manual. It is reference numbers 4,5,6,8,9,11,12,13.

Your hydraulic suction screen is shown on Figure 39, reference #30. Should have nothing to do with your pump splitting.
