3-Point Hitch Yanmar 2000 trailer hitch

Thanks for the web forum.... learned a lot so far, mostly to be cautious of my new tool.
Under the back axle there looks to be a place to insert a trailer hitch post. It is basically round, not square. Any body know if this is for a hitch and were can I get one. Don't have the tools to make one. Would this be the only option... to get someone to make one?
