Yanmar EX3200 - what does this tube connect to?

I have a 2015 Yanmar EX3200 and I just noticed that a rubber tube / hose (right arrow in the picture) that was under my seat is not connected to anything on either end. I looked around and saw that a port or (left arrow), whatever it's called, is open. I assume this hose should connect to this, right?

Ya it looks like the vent tube is off. The rubber hose on the right should be open at the end and on that metal tube....

Check the hose for a clog before connecting, blow air through it, etc. When vents are clogged pressure builds up and seals leak oil.
