So the bolt broke?? I definitely don't have the heavy duty ones....will have to consider it later down the line.

Have not noticed any cracks or issues with the motor mounts at this point.

Took off the front pto ( not an easy thing to get to)....but the tractor still has the shakes in low throttle.......runs good in the mid to hid range on the throttle so I am just thinking it is doing what it is supposed to be doing.

Loosened each injector and definitely saw a difference in how the motor was running so it is not the injectors....

Pulled the deck and wire brushed it ....sprayed it with a primer and will paint it with the yanmar red paint I bought from Hoye....main thing is to get the rusted areas covered up so it will slow down the rust process.

Want to be mowing grass by tomorrow afternoon!!

Yep, the bolts stretch and break.

Yeah, I was trying to mow today. My PTO took a dump on me it seems...

if they are the HD mounts i already have them.mine were leaning forward badly so i spun them around and adjusted the rear one so it all lines up. as for the hoses i might just leave them, just a bit miffed i cut a $40 hose too short and can only get 1 out of that auto hose which is the top one.the U shaped one is not a tight enough bend but it will do. i will follow up here with yanmar australia and see if i can get these basic spare parts.i found a big part of my wobbles was the clutch assembly where the bearings sit have worn, so i shifted them and packed them forward and it is now good. one day i will repair all the 1/2 assed jobs properly

Neat,

I got the u shape one from Gary jamieson....he does not have the others.

I hate to say it but this deck paint job is going to be quick and not my best effort. But it will cover up the exposed areas and prolong its use.

All filters, fluids, etc have been changed and everything has been cleaned and greased. Got to put the front pto back on and the deck and she is ready to go.

Just ready to see what it can do.

Yannyman sorry to hear of your troubles.....hopefully today is a new and better day.

Here are a few pics of the mower deck. Previous Owner has made some changes so not sure what is correct......have all the manuals except this deck! :(

Yanny man will you look at the 4th picture of the piece that hooks up front of the tractor (and with the front pto) and tell me where the spring use to go?? is your pulley bent to the side like this one???

Ran out of Hoye's paint....so going to have to do for now......learned a hard lesson....had primed most of the deck and got in a hurry around the decals and did not do it....it was obvious I had made a mistake when I started spraying the red paint and the old stuff bled through.........lesson learned from here on....use the primer then the paint......

That thing sure is bent! Both of mine run straight to the pulley on the deck. One lets the belt run to the pulley, one returns it to the PTO.

I took pictures as best I could with the pulley box mounted on my tractor as to where the spring goes. Yours looks correct sort of, but its hard to tell being upside down and facing away from the tractor. One goes in the hole that's on the outside front of the box, one goes to the hole in the bar that runs next to the pulley on the right (facing the tractor) side of the box next to the pulley.
