On certain things honey mustard can be good also. It makes a good barbecue sauce for grilled chicken breasts, or mixed with vinegar and olive oil, it makes a good salad dressing.

Yes...until I had to cut out carbs.

Yellow Mustard... used for a slather prior to the rub on certain smoked meat....
Spicy Brown on my hot dogs... (+ other condiments)
Dijon or horseradish for sausage or Kielbasa...
Honey mustard (home made only) for pork or Salmon... maybe others

These are my basics... but... I have been know to modify based on the recipe / meal

Ketchup, the real mans condiment. Especially on a finely grilled ribeye.
