The YM2000 is 20 pto hp (or 24 engine hp American measure).

I'm still learning about the YM240 (US version YM2000) that I recently bought, and I don't see how it really could be the equal of an 8N. It seems to me the 8N would be equivalent to a Yanmar one or two steps larger than the YM2000.

The original YM240 product brochure is in my sig photos if it sheds any light on this comparison. As I described over in the 'Green Yanmar' thread, the brochure says my YM 240 should weigh 1667 lbs but with loader and oversize rims/tires, it's actually over 3000 before ballast.

I still come up with a blank screen when I click on those thumbnail pics. Anybody else having that problem?

They work for me.

I wonder why the difference. When I want to get the exact time, I use this site and I used to get a dynamic clock. Now I have to click on the "Disable Java Animation" to get any time, and then I get a static time. I've been looking up some things on the Internet about Microsoft no longer supporting Java' "virtual machine" and such things, and of course, don't really understand what I've read. I wonder if they're related, and whether they are or not, how I could safely get the animation back on that time clock and maybe get the pictures being discussed in this thread.

I get the thumbnails, but not the larger picture when I click on them /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Ok, Stand by for Technical Difficulties, Do Not Adjust Your Set.

I learned my thumbnail software puts 'width=0 height=0' in the coding when what I intended was 'show target photos full size'.

Internet Explorer consequently displays a literal 0 x 0 image, while the Mozilla and Netscape I checked it with, display the pictures at unadjusted size. So some users could see them, and others saw nothing. My apologies! I've corrected the coding.

My revised sig below should work properly. I'd appreciate a PM if there is still a problem. 'Image 1' in particular is pretty large, give it a moment to load.
