I saw on ebay a tractor listed as a YM173. The emblem on the hood says YM173. It must be an old one. One odd thing, okay another odd thing about it is that it has a Shibaura hourmeter on it. Take a look at the picture attached.
That is a neat looking tractor. The only time I've seen belts like that were on the "antique" tractors at the local countuy fair. What are the specs on it.
My memory is poor, but I recall that there is one three-digit YM that is a gray market, and I think this is it. Fellow Yanmar trivia guys can confirm this?
The same guy selling the 173 also had an auction for a YM273. It reminds me of the YM2200's and 2700's. Attached is a picture of it. On picture he had looked as though the tractor didn't have headlights.
On the left fender, the warning label appears to be in English. That can be deceiving too.
Appears to have rice tires though. Has the throttle lever pushed all the way forward. Isn't that typical of a grey?
