Ya gotta start with a hyd gauge.. at least 3000 psi.. then find a port to plumb it to.. etc.
On old fords, we chain the lift arms down, per the manual, and watch the gauge as we runt he touch control, and see the pressure rise and then level off.. where the pressure levels off is where your relief pops.
