Look in the Operation Manual. It discusses plumbing the block for various uses. Maybe you install the cover one way for an accessory, and the other way for passthrough? Something like that.

Is there an allen head plug in a passage that blocks the flow and sends it out the loader ports?

One of my Yanmars uses that block to feed a loader (in series ahead of the 3-point); my other Yanmar has a return hose - presumably in place of a prior loader. Maybe that owner lost the allen head plug that he needed when he took off the loader.

I'm curious to read how you end up resolving this.

I'm thinking if you remove the end fittings on the block you will find an allen head plug. If not, it has probably been removed. I don't understand how the three point ever worked if that block is plugged?? A bypass hose would do the same thing. Those two plugged ports are for attaching an axillary port for a loader or whatever. In that case the plug would need to be installed.

Take this as opinion and not fact! :D

I just pulled cap off block and there is no spot for a plug to go inside of it. It does not have a pass through, whoever had this tractor before had a loader on it and by looking at this block the 3 pt would NOT have worked with the loader attached. I'm going to ask my hydraulic guy why I couldn't just drill the block for flow to pass through. The weird thing is without a hose or something going to a return off this block the pump is deadheading when ever the tractor is running. I don't have a loader yet anyways for this so I guess it is really just for my tiller, I have a newer Bobcat that I use for loader work.

Strange strange! I can't fathom no flow going through that block. How do you suppose things have been operating in the past?

Ok every day I'm learning not to assume . My hydraulic pump works fine the problem I had is with these blocks not having any flow thru ports I wasn't getting fluid to my 3 point valve. So for this to work I need to install a jumper hose in between the caps. Right? Why is this block not drilled through to run the 3 pt and a loader or something??

Cant help on the plumbing of the hydros as im not very educated on it. Without the loader i pretty much know exactly how it works with the loader i cant say as i have no experience.

Someone may have just capped the 3pt off as they never used it anyway, maybe it leaked or they found this to operate the loader faster without the 3pt? Who knows what folks have done and why in its past life. Maybe it was only used as a loader so the 3pt didnt matter, is what im saying.

Ok, Got it finished today and everything works great. I figured out that since it had a loader the pressure line from the block adapter would go to a loader valve or spool and the loader valve would return into the other pressure line going to my 3 point valve and return or exit as Yanmar had intended and the loader and 3pt would work. So since I do not have a loader I uncapped the adapter block and installed a hydraulic line between the two and the 3pt works just fine. Very strong with the 9cc pump compared to a 7cc.
I will try to post a pic
