It is definitely getting bubblingIf you are getting bubbling in the radiator like that, you have a bad head gasket. Combustion chamber pressure is being forced into the coolant passages.

That’s a nice YM2000 you have! I got an appointment with my mechanic Wednesday morning to see what he has to say about the tractor.Fredrick's is Top Notch! Refurb. Tractor and parts. I actually have been there! Drove from ATL. Ga. for a Yanmar Tiller. Many Yrs. ago though! My church Purchased the Refurbished YM2500. Retired Catholic Priests retirement home. I cut the property with my YM2000 until I no longer could. The YM2500 and my all Org. YM2000 came from Spalding in Ga.. Who was Fredrick supplied. What the 2000 looked like in 2008 when I bought it. I still have and use it to the day!

After seeing coolant being pushed out the radiator, without the engine being hot, I have literally lost sleep over this. I am scared to DEATH. Haven’t even paid the 1st note on the tractor yet. That’s a nice YM2000 you have! I got an appointment with my mechanic Wednesday morning to see what he has to say about the tractor.
My mechanic said the exact same thing! He said the engine has been into and that the head looked like it had been “cleaned” with a grinder! I’m very Blessed and Thankful that Fredricks is sending me a brand new, loaded cylinder head. This thing has been worked on recently and not by a decent mechanic either. The head and cylinder deck surface of the block looks like it was cleaned with a hand grinder course grit wheel.WTF! I have all sorts of precision quality gasket scrapers and razor blades to VERY carefully clean those surfaces.
Be certain to shop-vac all the metal crud out of those cylinders too. Then the carbon removed with a simple cleaning solvent mopped up with a non-abrasive towel or rag. Lastly, a thin coating of lite oil around the edge of the piston to the wall, all the way around. Remington oil (REM oil) would work.My mechanic said the exact same thing! Thank You! Yes, my mechanic definitely knows what he’s doing. Only thing I had to get for him were torque specs and valve settings. He said everything looked good other than the cylinder head.Be certain to shop-vac all the metal crud out of those cylinders too. A good diesel mechanic would know what to do with these Japan made engines.
Thanks for the images. Glad it was only the head side touched and not the block!
I zoomed in and carefully looked for any signs of cracks.
