Then they aren't the right renters. No one in their right mind would move into a house without a high speed Internet link. Tons of professionals would love to work from a home located in a lovely rural setting, and that's not gonna happen without the Comcast link. Besides, aren't you stuck with a 2 year contract?

Property Management already had it leased and is not responding...
I had a choice to pay for the install or take a multi year commitment which I opted for.
Not to get too far off... the rental application is corporate rental with double deposit... thing is I won't let the residential property become a work camp and staging area for heavy equipment... plus on septic and I can imagine 5 steel erectors coming home everyday and running lots of wash...
