You Guys are a Bad Influence - New Truck

I have priced a Tundra in Mass, 2 dealers there actually, and one in Maine. Both Mass dealers were $1500 less than the Maine dealer!!?? Maine dealer said the same thing.. has to be a mistake on the part of the Mass dealer. He just looked at me in disbelief when I told him it was 2 different dealers gave me the same numbers.... Must be the extra shipping costs to get north of Mass.

Nice truck indeed.
I have always like Ford trucks for their solid construction and quietness.
We had lots of Fords from the F150's, 250's, 350's and even an old gas engine F650. lol ... My latest personal truck is a Chevy 2500 Duromax/Allison combo though.
All this talk about bedliners and I had to send inquiries to Rhino and Line-X.
Gee...thanks a lot. Now I can blame you guys too.:D

My new 2500HD has a Line-X spray liner. My Chevy Dealer is also the Line-X Dealer. The Line-X costs me five dollars,it was mostly paid by Business Choice plan,I think Ford has it too. You show the dealer a schedule C that proves you are a business, they give you accessories, tool boxes, etc. I still have a rubber bed mat. I carry crow bars, wrecking bars, shovels, rakes, etc.,that stuff can bang around in the bed. I want a drop in liner for when I throw in firewood. The top rail protector on Chevy can get marred easily from sliding stuff out of bed. plowking

Well we picked it up Thursday. I do appreciate everyones input. I lobbied for a spray-in but, she pushed for the drop-in. Guess who won .
I think it'll be fine. I did get the paint saver foam under the liner, it'll be interesting to see how it lasts. I don't expect to be hauling gravel or things like that. I also got the Trifecta tonneau, the Bullring tie-downs and Huskyliner flaps. I'm pleased with how it drives and have been driving it all weekend.
I hope all had a good weekend!

Ooooh, that's nice. Beautiful truck and a great color.
So you got the bedliner too then. Do you have any photos of the one you got?
Well, I broke down and got the spray-in Line-X done last week. Here's what that looks like.
You guys kill me.

Rob, this sort of shows the inside. Its got a few bags of shavings in it though. I bought a 2x8 at Home Depot and cut it to fit in the molded slots. I think it'll work ok to keep stuff from sliding around too much.
