Thanks for the help with the instruction books. I have took the unit apart and put it back together again. The problem was what I thought it would be after looking at the diagrams in the instructions. I thought it would be one of the check valves open or one of the relief valves open. The forward relief valve [item 26 on page 1 of the ZT-2800 service schematic] had a little chip of metal caught in it. I had no problem with the screws or bolts in taking it apart. It is now running fine. Here's the parts diagrams for the ZT-2800. ZH ZT-2800.pdf

Be very careful taking it apart when they assemble these they use self tapping bolts that tend to sieze and gall up in the holes when you try to remove them. Apply penetrating oil to the holes the day before you intend to work on it. If a bolt refuses to move heat the area with a propane torch and use more oil. Once you get a bolt to start moving work it back and forth until it moves freely and comes out. I've broken several of these bolts and unless you have the right equipment they are a pain to drill out. The service manual says to use new regular threaded bolts when you put it back together but you may have to run a tap in the holes first.
Again thanks for the help.
