ZTR help

Looking to go ZTR this summer and looking for some opinions.

I've narrowed it down to 3 machines. All different sizes and prices but looking to get an idea if one is a better deal then the others.

Simplicity ZT 1500 - cost 2499 plus a 200 rebate

Simplicity ZT 2500 - cost 3699

Snapper 500z - demo model with .4 hours on it. Told it's never mowed a lawn and full warranty is included. Cost - 4300.

Snapper looks to be the best deal but is it needed for a 1.5 acre relatively flat lot with 12-14 trees on it.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

what did you end up buying?? i just bought my first ZTR. it is a used Snapper 20 / 42. rides nice and cut well. looking forward to cutting 3 acres in half the time this weekend. i only have a half a dozen trees though!!
