Side link, only after I get some splitters.

Adam;

If you get a hydraulic side link, move the adjustable side link over to left side. This will give you a lot of adjustability.

What does the check valve do for you on your upper link?

Arena groomer. I'm also going to see how it works on the driveway.

From what I've read, it prevents it from moving when you set it. Since we don't have a float function that's why I choose this one.

Yep, I wish one of my rear remotes had float. I may see if I can add a check valve to my hydraulic side link.

FWIW, I have been pressing LS, thru my dealer, to complete their 3rd remote kit for the XR4046HC. LS had been promising it for almost a year. I'll find the thread I started on that and update you. I need 3rd remote for angle adjust on my LandPride 96" rear blade. I adjust tilt with my hydraulic side link.

I realized that I did not post pics of when I cleaned up my front hoses.uploadfromtaptalk1458528463098.jpguploadfromtaptalk1458528472391.jpguploadfromtaptalk1458528478389.jpg
Bought the clamps off eBay as they had free shipping and got some longer metric bolts from the local farm supply.
I think in the future I will up the hose size to 1/2" to increase the flow.

Re: Added Hydro top link

I added a hydraulic top link to the girl tonight it took about an hour to Teflon seal, tighten all the fittings, and route the hoses.
------------------------------------------------------
I have not tested it out yet but so far it looks to work pretty good.

Just curious, what is the reason that you mounted the hydraulic top link backwards?

Better interface with the hoses. Otherwise I would have a loop that would either be pinched or to tight of a bend.

Ya, I have yet to completely win the hose routing & management war on my install too.

I got the hydraulic fluid and filters done.
The large drain plugs require a 30 mm.
I drained and replaced just shy of 10 gallons.

I was surprised how the drain plugs looked.
Rear plug

Yes there are 2 distinct shavings on that magnet.
Front plug

The front axle I used a crescent wrench and replaced the Teflon tape on the fill and drain plugs.
It was a real pain in the butt to refill it.

I only cycled the hydraulics to purge them, I did not get to drive it around to see how the Kubota fluid works.

-------------.

There should not have been any Teflon tape on that straight thread, the copper gasket provides the seal.

Only tighten enough that it doesn't leak

The axle only uses pipe treaded plugs with a square head.

I always wanted pallet forks but good gosh these things are a must have, top of the list first thing type of attachment!!
It just sucks that I only bought them because were moving in the next 2 months to Germany and I needed a way to load my 40x60 shop into a semi trailer for storage.
So sadly I will be selling the XR4046HC to some lucky guy/gal
When we come back in 2-5 years I will be buying a new one by then I think the very few items that LS is missing (RPM matching) will be addressed.

Well that sucks! Bought an LS cab tractor with cab... Then QA forks, now selling to move overseas. I'm sure a pay raise is in order to buy a bigger LS next time... LOL. Safe moving!
