As far as the warranty goes it it’s a 3point hitch mount it voids the warranty. Subframe mount does not so I’m covered there if I decide to do it.

To me the kings door opening weld looks like it wasn’t welded with enough wire or the robot went too fast. It just looks like it’s too flat. I went to school for welding and welded for my job for many years.

It held fine. I didn’t drill a large hole so I just welded it shut. Maybe 1/8” or 3/16” I forget.

I’m changing out my tires and my rears have rim guard in them. I pulled out the valve core and I got maybe 6-7 gallons out extremely slowly. I ended up taking the wheel off the tractor and laying it flat on the forks and putting a ratchet strap around it to squeeze it to drain the juice faster...

I just went by the sidewall pressure. I think it was 32 but I forget. Anyway the tire didn’t squat and flatten out like the turfs did when I was really working the loader. They are a little rougher on the ground but so far they seem like a home run.

Gotcha! I actually have heard of the controls breaking off aswell. I make sure I don’t use it as a handle climbing up. My hydro seems normal compared to what I’ve heard in videos. I don’t find it to be noisy. Hopefully it’s trouble free.

You need a impact gun with the sac to blast it off. I have a 3/4” drive pneumatic one the has never been stopped. I bought a 1/2” ridgid 18volt one that is rated at 1500ft lbs. that also has never not worked.

I’m moving the rock maybe 50 feet in low gear. I’m not Bo duke driving a tractor. It should be able to handle what it can pick up no matter how many times I do it.

I ran the tire to the local tire shop. They said they may be able to patch it and tube it. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. I can get the same tires on eBay for 120 for 2 so I may do that I don’t know yet. I don’t want to buy 4 tires at this time.

Can I get a different type of tire from the rear as long as their the same size as the previous tire? My rears are loaded with rim guard. I’d rather not mess with that.

Yeah as far as I can tell that’s the only split. As soon as I put air in it it starts leaking like a pig outta that one area. I believe the sidewall is ok. That would be nice if they warranty it.

I took a pic of the split. It looks like it kjnda got ripped. I see the tire says it’s 4 ply on the side. The machine has 48 hours on it from new. I got it in February. I’ve worked the loader pretty hard.

I have had a Dewalt abrasive chop saw for over 10 years. No issues with it at all. I just keep a spare disc around. That reminds me I used my spare disc I need to get a new one.
