Sounds tasty. Maybe not Xmas dinner, but something I'm going to have to make in the not too distant future!Baked beans infused with onions, bacon and part of a shredded pork roast and some other flavorings. I let the conglomeration meld together for 2 days before eating.
Well, that looks a whole lot meatier than I expected from a duck. Many years ago my then-GF and I decided to try doing a duck for Christmas. Wasn't bad tasting, but there wasn't much meat on it, just the 2 of us there were no leftovers. Pricey too!He smoked for 4 hours and came out awesome!
