Homemade Pozole and Flan for dessert. I did get a lil crazy with my pozole toppings, should have made it a lil more presentable for pictures, but it was delicious

One of my friends that came over on xmas fir dinner gave us 2 fat ribeyes. Cooking 1 up tonight on my pellet smoker. Cant wait. It may be weird but ill also have some leftover mashed taters, carrots and stuffing from xmas dinner.

We had a prime rib with veggies and baked potatoes on Sunday night for immediate family because some of them will be at their other families on Christmas.

Then between work and other family/friend gatherings, I've been 'forced' (hahaha) to attend at least 4 other large meals since then.

A birthday tonight will be chicken alfredo, amd Christmas tomorrow will be Pop Tarts for breakfast. Making a nice ham, Polish sausage on the grill and fixins at my mother in-law's in the mid afternoon.

I've gained about 6 pounds this week and it's not over.

That looks absolutely fantastic!
We had way too many dishes for the Christmas Eve and i ended up having stomach troubles after that. Lucky me, the meds from online pharmacy where delivered the next day, so i didn't have to suffer for too long. Next year i will try to keep it more simple.
