I never knew what speed I was to turn the Blower, she sure worked good at high RPM. I'm with you more seat time is good, I do have a cab on mine so it can blow all it whats.
I have a Blizzard 6' blower (same as Frontier) on the back of my 1635 MF. I run the RPM at 2000+ or just under PTO speed. That allows me to blow snow no matter how wet or deep it is. If the blower starts to load up I just back off on the hydro pedal. The RPM stays the same but my speed is slowed.
