The hydro pedal sticks, go to stop and it keeps going I have to tap the reverse or lift up on the forward pedal. I greased it but still sticks on occasion. google tells me I might have to put a turn on the adjustment spring.
This is really common. Mine does it too. A good clean around the linkages and where it goes into the gearbox can help, but to be honest I fiddle with mine, grease and clean, and it's better for a little while, then it does it again. And now I'm just used to it, it's habit to kick the pedal when I want to stop.
I also will have to think about new replacement plastic as this place is pretty rough.
Like I said before, you get used to that pretty quick, and when you're sitting on it you can't see how ugly it is. Yours is in better condition than mine - I'm also missing headlights and the side panels around the engine, but my hood is pretty cracked and much more faded, and all my fenders are broken, as are the plastics around the levers. To be fair, one of the fenders I broke myself using a garden trailer with far too short a drawbar, jackknifed it into the fender. Also all the covers on my mower spindles are eaten out, despite it saying "don't step" apparently someone did. You are missing the cover around the radiator (closest to driver's seat), I think I'd miss that, you look at it every time you drive it.
One thing for sure I do need are lights, I trailed it home and unloaded it in the dark. Need lights !.
I'd be tempted to get the headlights, but also get an LED light bar and wire it onto top of ROPS. Remember to always clamp to a ROPS, not drill through it. Safety people get very upset about drill holes in ROPS and may refuse to service or later take it in trade.
Your rear wheels look a bit wider I think than mine do (although I have turfs, so may be different width). Do you perhaps have spacers installed? And that grill guard looks like it's off a BX23?
