Here in East Central IL we had 2.75 Saturday, 1.0 Sunday, and 1.0 Monday. Others within 30 miles of me had very little.

Another 2" in the past 24 hours here...some serious downpours.. Feel bad for you folks in drought, wish we could give you some!!

Its stopped raining here today, I think first day without rain in 2 weeks? Standing water in fields. First cut still not all in.
The average rainfall in my area for August is 3.77 inches we had only 0.8 inch so far and only 2 days to go for this month.

We had .25 last Monday, highs in the 90's ever since, ole red clay is getting dry. 30 cents worth of "insulated" thunderstorms the next several days.

Just about everyday this summer. Probably over 50" this year already...just a guess looking at my pond.
