Toro Side-By-Side Utility Vehicles/Accessories Help Tackle Tasks Year Round

11032015_UTV_5With the goal of helping customers drive productivity, The Toro Company now offers a line of side-by-side utility vehicles (UTVs) designed to tackle tough jobs and demanding terrain. This includes two versatile, gas-powered electronic fuel injection (EFI) models – the 500 EFI and 700 EFI – that support more than 40 different accessories for year-round project needs.

These powerful, 4-wheel-drive vehicles offer hard-working hauling and towing capabilities, as well as comfortable seating for three. They can be customized with a wide range of accessories including windshields, cabs, plow blades, light kits, winches, a stereo, and more.

“Our customers have been asking for a Toro® UTV to make their off-road acreage tasks faster and easier,” explains Christine Cheng, Toro marketing manager. “These models and their optional attachments are ideal for professional contractors, grounds professionals, farmers, acreage owners, and outdoor enthusiasts looking for solutions that save time and increase productivity in the field — over all types of terrain.” The Toro UTVs are powered by 4-stroke engines with EFI technology for improved fuel efficiency, and come with Duramatic™ automatic transmissions, dynamic engine braking, and electronic 2WD/4WD selection as standard. Additional features include a digital display that provides instant access to critical operating information such as fuel level, temperature, oil pressure, speedometer/tachometer, and more.

The transformable design of the tilting rear cargo box allows conversion to a flatbed in minutes to enhance hauling versatility. The 700 EFI has a total payload capacity of 1,500 pounds (1,100 pounds for the 500 EFI), and both models are equipped with a standard front brush guard and adjustable CAM-style shocks for 10 inches of ground clearance to handle rough and challenging terrain. Integrated front and rear two-inch receivers give users the ability to hook up trailers or attachments at either end of the machine.

This line of side-by-side UTVs and accessories is available at select Toro dealers. For more information, contact your Toro Landscape Contractor Equipment dealer, call Toro at 1-800-348-2424, visit www.toro.com or send an email to[email protected].
