New Holland Combines Construction & Ag Sectors

New Holland, PA (January 2, 2013) – Since 1972, when we launched our first Skid Steer Loader, New Holland has been a leader in the agricultural and construction customer segments. A good portion of our dealers tend to sell across both these segments, therefore we are streamlining how they do business with us.

Effective January 2, 2013, to further strengthen our focus on these core segments and grow these businesses, the New Holland Construction and New Holland Agriculture brands will be integrated into a single organization.

Our full portfolio of New Holland Construction Commercial Utility products (Skid Steers, Compact Track Loaders, Tractor Loaders, Tractor Loader Backhoes, Compact Wheel Loaders, Compact Excavators and related attachments) will retain the New Holland Construction branding; however, Sales, Marketing and other key administration functions will be transitioned under the umbrella of New Holland Agriculture.

The integration will be completed in carefully orchestrated stages over the next several months to ensure a smooth transition. In the meantime, your current New Holland Agriculture and New Holland Construction Sales and Service organizations will continue to support the dealer network in the same manner as today.
