2320 John Deere
Incredible Tractor
Model Year: 2013

I have been impressed with this tractor from day one! I have a 360 acre ranch and I've already cleared a hillside for a cabin that will be built. It had more than enough power to drag all the large trees from the site and the loader was able to easily grub the numerous cactus on the property. The fuel efficiency is impressive too...I would estimate it burns 1 gallon per hour. Overall, this is a high-quality tractor that is surprisingly durable compact tractor that can handle most heavy jobs.

Pros: Fuel efficiency, impressive power to the ground with the 4wd engaged.
Cons: None.

A Little More Than I Need
Model Year: 2012

My old Bobcat 500 series skid steer that helped me to move around dirt, dig holes and clean my driveway in the winter had a fatal engine failure. I decided to replace it, and my not good for anything Poulan Weedeater garden tractor, and my good Earthquake walk behind rear tine rotor tiller with one good machine. I checked around, looked at Bobcat compact tractors, looked at New Holland machines and decided to buy a JD 2320. The reason for this decisions was the fact that my friend has a 2520 for four years now (for his 18 acres) and works it very hard without any trouble. The fact that JD had a promotion running for interest free financing for 60 months as well as a rebate of $500 for any two implements helped to make up my mind. I am now approaching the 50 hour service, and looking back, the machine did everything I hoped it would do, plus a little more. I do not reject my purchasing decision and actually like cleaning the driveway with it!

Pros: It is exactly the machine I was looking for.
Cons: Seat suspension could be softer.

American John Deere
Model Year: 2012

I haven't put many hour on my JD2320 but I have dug up and shredded some good size sapplings. (up to 5" dug, 3" push over and shredded) Spec says 1" for 48" Frontier RC. The 2320 could have more hyd. power but then it would be more than frame is rated. Overall it is sized correctly. Once I finish clearing it will be more tractor than I need. Perfect fit for 3-5 acres. Low range could be lower. The Kubota B-2500 had 3 ranges. The low range was powerful, but the cost was about $2200 higher and reviews said they have to wait on parts. Not what I hear about JD. John Deere is assembled in USA with many parts made in US. Kubota is all foreign.

Pros: It is green and yellow :), good 4WD power, individual fwd/rev. pedals.
Cons: No room for tool box on back, FEL hyd QC need locks to prevent disconnect when clearing heavy brush and trees.

John Deere 2320 New Owner Review
Model Year: 2010

I like the fact that this tractor can accept many attachments. I think of it as my "Swiss Army Knife/Tractor". I use it for mowing, tilling, digging, hauling water and yard supplies, and most recently snow blowing. It has been a good tractor overall and I don't have any regrets purchasing it. Since I am developing my acreage essentially from scratch up from the bald prairies, it has been a good overall tool. On some occasions, I do wish I had purchased the 2520 or the 2720 instead because they are heavier built and has the 2nd hydraulic pump but I'm sure if I had them I'd still wish for more. I'm one of those guys who can never have enough horsepower (insert grunt here!).

Pros: Great overall small acreage tool.
Cons: Cost. It cost more than the rest of my vehicles combined.

2320 John Deere
JD 2320 and 54" Snow Blower
Model Year: 2013

Tractor is great. The 54" blower is a light weight piece of junk. Had an 47" on my 1987 JD 655 and it was twice the blower the new one is. Really makes me sick that the JD company cut the quality and performance of the snow blower unit this much in 25 years. A real disappointment. The impeller is plastic and has reduced paddle area. The gear boxes have been reduced in size and one was replaced by a chain and gear. A real Sears quality light weight home owner unit.

Pros: The tractor is great.
Cons: The snow blower attachment (54") is a cheap piece of JD engineering.

Initial Impression
Model Year: 2008

I purchased this used from a dealer. Have put about 10 hours on it since it was delivered. Must say that I'm impressed so far. Loader is surprising strong and the sub compact size is incredibly nimble while working in the brush. Will know more in the spring when I start mowing and putting in by wildlife food plots.

Pros: great power from 24hp motor.
Cons: Hydrostatic "whine" is louder than some other models.

JD 2320
Model Year: 2006

This machine has been great. I have about 900 hr. it with only a battery problem. I've put in a 4 acre yard doing everything from tree/stump removal, dirt work, retaining walls and now mowing and snow blowing and many other jobs. It's very easy to operate, controls in right places and good on fuel. It is slightly underpowered and some tranny whining when working it. Now I'm talking trade in for 2520 and a cab and bagger. Green is gold!

Pros: Easy to use, attachments work well.
Cons: Need more power.

Green & Mean Machine
Model Year: 2011

Have had my little green tractor and way. Move mountains of snow and mow about 3 acres. So far, so good. No complaints. My little green tractor has done everything I've asked it to do.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: None.

John Deere 2320
Model Year: 2008

Bought a used 2008 John Deere 2320 with a 54" mower, 54" front bucket loader, full tilt hydro snow plow, and I-match 3-point hitch. I have done some mowing and bucket work since I got it and could not be happier. Perfect size for what I needed and very versatile. Working on getting my Cyclone Rake attached so I will be ready for the leaves.

Pros: Quick connect everything.
Cons: Nothing so far.

2320 John Deere
Awsome Compact Tractor
Model Year: 2008

I've got 350 on my 2320. Bought it with 100 hours on it. I've worked the "you know what" out of this tractor. Cleared over an acre of small trees, etc. Dig a four foot pond for our ducks, put a drain field in for septic, put in two other drain fields for sinks and washer. Moved over 70 yards of dirt with it to raise yard and more I can't think of off the top of my head. I've ran skid steers and some older Kubota tractors and let me say, the 2320 can definitely hold it's own! I got a heck of a deal on the tractor, so it was worth every dollar we spent on it. If I told ya how cheap we bought it, you wouldn't believe me. But would I pay $20G. on the tractor with loader? I'm really not sure. Seems pricey for what else ya can get out there. I used the tractor hard and (knock on wood) have not had but hydro lines blow, but living in Florida, the sun is brutal on everything. I would like a couple more horses, so I think if I bought one again, I'd buy the 2520. Have not ran a 2520, but I would think that tractor would be perfect for me. Don't get me wrong, 2320 is an sesame machine, I just use it very, very hard! The two thing I don't like is one: ya have to pull the brush guard down to lift the hood, and two: the prop for the hood is hard to reach when ya have to lower the hood and I'm six foot tall. Best attachment I got.is the Ratchet Rake (see my review on it!).

Pros: Holds its own on everything.
Cons: Hood prop is hard to reach.

Great Tractor!
Model Year: 2011

Bought this tractor to mow my 2 acre and clear my 1/4 mile drive and haul the fire wood out of the back 40 acres. The power that this little tractor has is impressive. I cut and haul 15 cord of wood out of the bush every year and use my 2320 for it all. Put a set of chains on the rear tires and can go almost anywhere. Have the loader and a mower deck and hope to add a rear blade next year.

Pros: Great power in a small package.
Cons: None.

Model Year: 2011

Great
Model Year: 2010

What can one say? This is a great small tractor! The attachments are numerous, easy to use, easy to mount. Not too big to mow the back yard, not too small to dig a trench. We all want the next bigger machine, but luckily some of us have wives with common sense and know that we will just get into trouble.

Pros: Diesel engine; attachment availability, ease to use; all wheel drive.
Cons: Loader and backhoe reach distance.

New Owner
Model Year: 2010

Traded up from an '09 2305. The verdict is still out on the upgrade. I really liked my 2305 but needed something bigger, more mass and the cab is not hard to take either. Some of the features resemble a larger tractor and the mower is a drive over hookup. I am still getting to know my Deere. Larry Furrow

Pros: Cab, larger, more large tractor features and larger bucket with better quality.
Cons: More RPM needed and a little less power than I had.

2320 John Deere
I Love It
Model Year: 2006

I've had my tractor for 6 years now, and absolutely love it. I bought it with the 62D drive on mowing deck and 200CX loader. I use it mostly to mow my lawn and pastures. I have the mulching system for my deck. It's small enough that it doesn't tear up my lawn, but big enough to get the job done in a hurry. I also love the loader. I do not have a single complaint about this tractor. It has worked flawlessly, and I would highly recommend it.

Pros: Durable, dependable, well constructed, easy attachments.
Cons: None.

Love the Tractor
Model Year: 2011

Have used tractor to remove snow on my driveway and my daughters. Love the tractor. Only complaint is that the grease zerk on the front universal joint is almost impossible to grease. Based on my research, I will need to remove part of the instrument panel to access that zerk!

Pros: Plenty of power and flexibility.
Cons: Grease zerk location.

I traded up to this tractor from my 2004 John Deere 4010. This is a great little tractor. Has plenty of power to maintain my two acres as well as my brother's 2. Purchased with a 54D MMM and 200CX loader.

Pros: Perfect size for 2+ acres.
Cons: None so far.
