GATORHPXD John Deere
Used HPX Diesel Gator
Model Year: 2006

Bought this unit coming off Hertz rental. It had been used and abused. After $1000 of repairs, it runs well. It is used by my 67 year old wife with arthritis and used on our 10 acres of steep Appalachian mountain forest. I added electric power steering and electric/hydraulic dump to the bed. Both additions enable the wife to drive almost anywhere on our mountain.

Pros: The low center of gravity in this older models, makes the unit stable and almost "tip-proof" when working on steep slopes.
Cons: Expensive parts.
