She's an Oldie but a Goodie
Model Year: 0

This tractor is used for grading our roads and driveways and blowing snow. She always starts has decent power (for our altitude) and gets the jobs done. Lack of low range gears is a problem for blowing snow and the PTO is difficult to disengage but overall a great tractor.

Pros: Simple systems mean reliability.
Cons: 1965 technology in the gas powered engine and high altitude mean low power.

Old But Still Running

Bought this tractor because it was all I could afford. The old tractor has had a rough life but it just keeps on working.

Pros: Durability.
Cons: Needs some work.

Good features: - Simple construction and spare parts available - No electronics except start and lights - Minimum of hydraulics (hitch only) - 4D.203 Perkins diesel best engine ever - Unassisted steering - Reduction gear at the end of axle housing Other: - A bit big.

Pros: Simplicity.
Cons: Size.
